As both are European and not very familiar with Sri Lanka, my main concern was ensuring their safety and comfort. From the very first conversation, Gava was professional, responsive, and friendly. He stayed in touch as the travel date approached, which gave me great confidence in his reliability. I had a chance to meet him briefly before the trip—he arrived in a clean, spacious, air-conditioned vehicle that was ideal for the tropical climate. He also offered a very reasonable price for the service. The journey was smooth and comfortable, and the passengers were very pleased with the experience. In fact, they were so satisfied that they booked Gava again for their return trip to Colombo.
